A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Ms. Schwab studied law at the University of Kentucky, then went to work for a tech start-up firm in California before making her way into the automotive industry. Formerly director of marketing at Jaguar Land Rover, she has over 15 years of experience in the field and is deeply versed in the luxury car market.
Appointed to her position at Aston Martin in October 2015, and reporting to Global Sales Director Christian Marti, Laura Schwab oversees all operations across the two continents, including sales, service, public relations, brand marketing and communications with Aston Martin customers and 46 dealerships spread across Canada, the United States, Mexico and various parts of South America.
Aston Martin has implemented a new growth strategy as it enters its second century of existence. Company CEO Andy Palmer is leaning heavily on the skills, expertise and energy of Ms. Schwab to grow the brand’s presence and performance throughout the Americas.
Laura Schwab lives with her husband and their 15-month-old daughter near Irvine, California, site of Aston Martin’s regional head office.
