Ford of Canada will raise the prices on its revised Lincoln Town Car and its totally re-imagined Lincoln Navigator.

The Oakville-based company will also cut back on the variations of its luxury sedan model.

For the 2003 Town Car, there'll be four versions of Town Car available to consumers (with last year's MSRP in brackts), including Signature for $54,455 ($53,955), Signature Premium for $56,285 ($54,785), Cartier for $58,390 ($56,640), and Cartier L for $63,655 ($61,755).

There'll also be a less expensive Executive model available for fleet buyers, who use it in great numbers for airport limo and daily rental customers.

Completely changed for 2003, the full-size Navigator will carry and MSRP of $69,495, which isn't much of an increase from last year's $68,415.

The luxury division of the Ford Motor Company will also launch a mid-size SUV called the Aviator this year based largely on the Ford Explorer, and will freshen and upgrade (more power and better sound systems) the LS sports-sedan model for fall.

Lincoln will also definitely bring back the Continental name on a future product, though it's not known for sure exactly what that model will be like.

It is also considering the return of a luxury coupe bearing the once-famous Mark name. If it keeps the historic order, it would be Mark IX, but that's not decided yet.
