Lotus is running short of 2ZZ-GE engines supplied by Toyota, forcing the company to end production of the Elise and Exige in July. In order to send the cars off on a high note, special Final Editions will be built in extremely limited number.
North American buyers will have a choice of three models: the Exige S260 Final Edition (30 units; US$67,500) and its matte black variant (25 units; US$69,900) as well as the Elise SC Final Edition (15 units; US$57,500).
Both Exige models come standard with Track Pack and Tour Pack, not to mention a limited-slip differential. Meanwhile, the Elise offers four colour schemes based on the Europe-only Club Racer along with a full list of options.
