MINI banks on the Pebble Beach Concours d'Élégance to showcase its Coupe and INSPIRED BY GOODWOOD models for the first time in America – ahead of the initial deliveries. At the same time, the British brand released pricing for both cars.
Equipped with a 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that produces 181 horsepower through a Cooper S-sourced, 6-speed manual gearbox (automatic transmission is optional), the GOODWOOD developed by Rolls-Royce will retail for $52,000 US. A hundred forty out of 1,000 available units will be allocated to the American market.
Meanwhile, starting at a more reasonable price of $22,000 to $31,900 US, the MINI Coupe comes in three trim levels (Coupe, S and John Cooper Works) generating 121, 181 and 208 horsepower, respectively.
