NASCAR fans will be spoiled once again this weekend as the Nationwide and the Sprint Cup series hit the impressive 2-mile Michigan International Speedway.
Nationwide teams will race first on Saturday afternoon in the Carfax 250, a race that will be seen live at ESPN2, TSN and RDS (French). Note that Canadians D.J. Kennington (Dodge No 81) and Patrick Carpentier (Dodge No 9) are on the entry list for that race.
Then, on Sunday afternoon, the Sprint Cup boys will take the green flag for the 3M Performance 400 presented by Bondo, a race that will be seen live on ESPN and TSN in English and RDS in French. Once again, Quebec's Patrick Carpentier (Dodge No 10) will be part of the race.
Craftsman Truck racers are off this weekend but they will be back at Bristol Tennessee on Wednesday evening, a race that will be seen on SPEED. Finally, the NASCAR Canadian Tire drivers will be on another road course on Sunday afternoon at the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières.
