Andrew Ranger will join three other drivers from Quebec on the grid of the NASCAR Nationwide race to be held on Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal at the end of August.

CJM Racing, Alan Labrosse, manager of Andrew Ranger, and Stock-Car Montreal jointly announced on Thursday that the rising NASCAR star from Roxton Pond, Quebec has secured a ride for Sunday's main event.

The current NASCAR Canadian Tires Series’ point leader will be driving the No. 11 Toyota, which qualified fifth two weeks ago at Watkins Glen, New York.

On August 29 and 30, Ranger will join Jacques Villeneuve, Patrick Carpentier et Alex Tagliani in a strong field of competitors who will compete in the NAPA Auto Parts 200.

Ranger will travel to CJM Racing headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina on Monday to get ready for Tuesday's test session at Carolina Motorsports Park road course in Kershaw, SC.
