Porsche has officially brought to fruition its “Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur”, a new global banner focused on high-end luxury and personalization, with the introduction of the most powerful and unique 911 Turbo ever produced by the German automaker. Limited to just 500 units, the Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series will arrive in Canada this fall―adorned with a $293,800 base price tag, no less!
Performance in the new limited-edition model has been boosted across the board: 607 hp (up from 580), 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 2.9 seconds, and a 330 km/h top speed. It rides on 20-inch centre-lock wheels finished in Golden Yellow Metallic. The carbon-ceramic brake calipers are painted black and feature the Porsche logo colour-matched to the wheel finishes.
Other standard equipment includes an active suspension system (PASM), the Sport Chrono package, rear-axle steering and Porsche’s Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC).
Among the notable exterior features, an exclusive Golden Yellow Metallic paint finish as well as roof, hood and side skirts made of carbon. Inside, owners will enjoy higher-quality materials and super-refined detail elements such as the two-layer perforated leather on the seats (bejeweled with contrasting Golden Yellow stitching), the Alcantara roof lining and the plates identifying the car’s limited-edition status.
Those many watch collectors out there will be interested as well in the luxury watch (also limited to 500 copies) designed by Porsche Design, which mimics the design characteristics of the car. Also on offer is an Exclusive Series luggage set made specifically for this ultra-rare new Porsche 911 Turbo S.
