Porsche Canada has issued a recall on the 911 Carrera (2012-2013) and 911 Carrera 4 (2013) due to a problem with the exhaust system. A total of 111 units are affected.
Apparently, an exhaust tailpipe can fracture and detach from the muffler. It could strike another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury.
Porsche dealers will therefore replace both muffler assemblies.
