Audi uses the “S” nomenclature to designate the sporty derivatives for all their products. Well, at least for their cars. But that was, until now?
It would appear as though Audi has the intention of introducing, somewhere down the line, performance variants of their SUV/CUV line-up including the upcoming Q3.
That would then mean an SQ5 and an SQ7 within the existing line-up. No details on powertrains but Audi's supercharged V6 and twin-turbocharged V8 sound like likely candidates for the 5 and 7 respectively.
As for the 3, a 2.0T with 270 hp would surely do nicely.
We'll have to wait and see if Audi takes this to production.
