Wards Auto reports that Tom Doll, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Subaru of America, predicts a 50-percent sales boost for the Impreza next year in the United States. And that's without a Volkswagen Jetta-style price cut.
During the first three months of 2011, the Japanese automaker has sold 11,370 units. At this pace, they will end the year with 45,580 total sales. So that would mean selling about 68,000 Imprezas in 2012.
Will they pull it off?
