1 – Toyota Corolla – 45 million
The Toyota Corolla represents another simply remarkable success story. The little car has proven itself a paragon of reliability, one of the most durable in the history of the automobile, and at least part of its success is due to that. The next-generation Corolla, which will debut this year as a 2020 model, should give new impetus to the model and, who knows, help it retain the crown – for a few more years, anyways.
