Ford’s offering in the diesel category is a 3.0L V6 in the 150 series. The numbers are there with 250 hp and 440 lb-ft of torque, but here again, we're not sure what the long-term reliability of this option will be.
With the Super Duty series, the third generation of the Power Stroke engine, a 6.7L V8 making 475 hp and 1050 lb-ft of torque, has all the arguments in its favour to once again rate as a consumer favourite.
