The Top 3 Civics were very difficult to select. One thing was certain, they were all going to be hatchbacks. The code-named EF car was the first to be offered as an Si and was a sought-after beginner's used car for the current 25 to 35 year-old crowd. For many, this car defines the Civic; it was reliable, cheap to run and loads of fun to drive. Despite having only 106 hp, this Si car was quick and oh so nimble.
