GM’s entry-level compact sedan may not be the juiced-up streetfighter the old Cobalt SS was, but the engineers don’t care. The Cruze has a very stiff chassis, which is an excellent starting point for a race car. Jason Plato, co-host of the British TV show Fifth Gear, actually won the BTCC in 2010 thanks to this Chevy.
