10 - Two-row SUV: Subaru Outback

Some will say that the Outback is a wagon version of the Legacy sedan, and well they're not wrong. However, the manufacturer has been able to differentiate the two models over the years to the point where the wagon has gradually evolved into a true utility vehicle.
Wonderful in the snow, roomy and comfortable for long trips, the Outback is also capable of doing well off-road. And with the return of the turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, fuel economy has even improved. Quality of execution is also noticeably better then before.
“The new platform also allowed Subaru to offer Outback occupants more room on board. You can easily feel it in the front seats and even more so in the back. At the same time, the designers also wanted to improve seating, and the result is more than conclusive. That's the single biggest improvement we noted driving the new Outback.”
