2020 Tesla Model Y

Speaking of Tesla, the maverick California-based automaker currently has but three models on its roster. If it wants to be a mass-market brand, it will have to produce another more-affordable vehicle to join the Model 3. Hence the Model Y, a smaller sibling to the Model X. The new crossover will likely inherit the mechanics of the Model 3, but in a slightly more upscale package. It’s not yet known if the gull-wing doors will make the transition from the X to the Y, however.
