8 – Jeep J10 1980
In 1980, the J-Series received updated styling as well as more-efficient engine options, a virtual necessity in the midst of the energy crisis of 1979. In a few years the cost of the model had climbed significantly and now stood at $6,874 (for the 119-inch short-wheelbase version) and $6,972 (for the 131-inch long-wheelbase version).
