Imagine trading in your company’s old pickup truck for a newer model only to see it again in a propaganda video released by Syrian rebels.

As Mashable reports, that’s exactly what happened to Mark Oberholtzer, a plumber in Texas who has endured threats, anxiety, and the loss of business ever since his former F-250 — with its original decal for "Mark 1 Plumbing" still fully intact and a phone number for the business visible — was spotted in the aforementioned clip.

The lawsuit alleges that Oberholtzer received over 1,000 phone calls from all over the country that were harassment or threats of violence against him. He even had to close his business for a week and leave the area.

Oberholtzer is seeking over $1 million in damages from the Houston dealer who failed to remove all mentions of his company from the truck before auctioning it off.
