In just a few days, Volvo will unveil the all-new V90 Cross Country, the latest addition to the brand’s Cross Country lineup.
Introduced 20 years ago, the first Volvo Cross Country models have set a standard for providing a capable, yet comfortable driving experience that mixes sedan and SUV attributes. They have made their marks and prove ideally suited to Canadian conditions with solid performance on any road, in any weather.
The following video offers a recap of the first three generations of Volvo Cross Country vehicles, from the original V70 XC that enjoyed instant success upon launching in North America back in 1996 to Volvo’s first SUV (XC90) in 2002 and the XC70 in 2007.
