The compact SUV segment remains the most popular category in the industry, and that naturally means it’s one of if not the most competitive. While the Toyota RAV4 rides out of reach far ahead of the peloton, the newly revised Nissan Rogue is worthy of interest this year, definitely in the lead chase group. The improvements that have been made to the model with this new vintage are many and substantial.
In fact, we’d say the Rogue is now playing on a level playing field with its main rivals. Anyone shopping in this segment and who has AWD as a must-have feature should short-list it.
