3 - Midsize SUV: Kia Sorento
Competition is also very strong in the midsize SUV segment and there’s no shortage of prime candidates. The Mazda CX-9 and Toyota Highlander remain very good choices and it will be interesting to see how the Ford Bronco does versus all these strong entries when it shows up.
However, in 2021 the most eye-catching midsize SUV model not called Bronco might just be the next-generation Kia Sorento. The formula that worked magic for the bigger Telluride has been applied to it and let's just say it looks promising.
We'll be driving the new 2021 Sorento over the holidays and we'll be back in early January with a review. And there’s more to get excited about: Hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants will also follow later in the year.
