8. 1961 Chevrolet Apache
Fun fact, but also confusing fact: the Apache name spans two different generations of Chevy truck models. In fact, the pickup that Chevy presented in 1960 was completely revised, adopting a more contemporary look. It sat lower to the ground, and it was wider and longer. Most notably, its cabin offered more room for occupants. I actually have an Apache 10 from this generation, and I can confirm that this truck is really pleasant to drive… and still plenty able to handle the work.
