Among other amazing features, is an electronic throttle control. In the normal mode, the response is lightning fast because of the tremendous torque availability at low rpm's. In sport mode, the throttle plate is completely open, allowing maximum power. All those horses make themselves heard thanks to twin large bore tail pipes uttering a delightful roar.
The only transmission now offered is a smooth shifting 6-speed manual. The short throws, neat gate and progressive clutch enhance its driving enjoyment. Ratios should be a bit longer in order of suit North American drivers better.
