But cargo volume aside the new TL looks to be an improvement in nearly all departments. Though it may take some time for Acura's conservative set to get used to its show car styling, the new car should easily win over performance enthusiasts. I'll have to wait for a test drive before giving it final approval, as I still have my doubts about how well the torque-sensitive power steering will handle such large amounts of power through the front wheels. Before then, Acura should have released pricing details, which I estimate to start in the high $30,000 range, and escalate into the low to mid $40,000s - more or less where the current car sits in relation to its competitors. Such a price will represent solid value for a car that will be much improved.
