Sending power to all four wheels is a perfectly-spaced, 6-speed manual transmission with short enough throws to allow precise engine control and deliver high levels of excitement. Of course, the S5 also comes with quattro all-wheel drive and I swear this system gets better with every new application.

A sports coupe that will make drivers smile day in and day out...

As for the suspension, the S5 offers slightly sportier settings than the regular A5. Handling and stability are top-notch, and only extreme cornering maneuvers will induce a little body roll. A few tricks with the throttle and gearbox will allow you to maintain control of the car at all times, even if you're not a seasoned driver.

Sloth
The third and not the least of all sins is sloth. How does it relate to the S5? Simple: once you've tried it, you never want to let it go. Everything becomes an excuse to drive. Never have I walked so little than during these couple of days.

At $70,000, the 2008 Audi S5 is a true premium GT coupe offering an ideal blend of comfort and sportiness. Some rivals may be a tad more extreme, but the S5 still delivers gobs of fun, even on a daily basis.
