The Cadillac CTS-V stands on its own as a crowd-gathering car-- but a twin-turbo kit, extensive body modifications and a full-out VIP style treatment turn the drool-factor up even higher.

Tajai Das is the CEO of Elite Tuners of Canada (ETC) Enterprises, and the brains behind the luxurious monstrosity that sat caged in GM’s autoshow area.

“This car is modified with a Japanese VIP style” he says. “Inside, it’s got ostrich-skin leather seats, and outside, we added plenty of jewelry with a custom Strut Wear stainless steel grille and custom wheels”.

Das says the CTS-V ‘Top Tuner Package’ gets a twin-turbo LS7 LSX V8 with 1,400 horsepower. It’s priced at around $160,000-- plus your new CTS-V, of course.

Crowds gathered and dispersed around the various machines at the 2010 CIAS-- but it was arguably the Infiniti Essence Concept that attracted and retained the most attention.

Possibly the most gorgeously-styled body in the building, its countless intricate curves and lines captured and played with the overhead lights, dazzling everyone within its line of sight.

Under the hood? A 592-horsepower twin-turbo V6 with a hybrid system attached. This is one of the must-see concept cars of this year’s Auto Show circuit.
