The all-new 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 will go on sale across Canada early next year at a base MSRP of $85,095. It will be followed in the spring by the convertible variant at $90,595.
Equipped with a 650-horsepower V8 engine that produces 650 lb-ft of torque, the Corvette Z06 accelerates from 0-60 mph (96 km/h) in only 2.95 seconds when equipped with the all-new, available 8-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission, making it the fastest production car GM has ever made (3.2 seconds with the standard 7-speed manual transmission).
When it comes to braking performance, the Z06 can stop from 96-0 km/h in only 30.4 metres — also unmatched by any production car GM has ever built.
