The all-new 2017 Infiniti Q60 coupe made its Canadian debut in Toronto on Thursday, about a month after its world premiere in Detroit. It will go on sale this summer.
Full of sex appeal, the Q60 gets a standard 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine rated at 208 horsepower. Not enough for you? The available 3.0L twin-turbo V6 should do the job with 300 horsepower—make that 400 in Red S trim.
Many enhanced safety features are part of the package, too, including Intelligent Cruise Control with Distance Control Assist, Forward Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection, Direct Adaptive Steering, and Digital Dynamic Suspension for optimized personalization.
Also on display in Toronto is the 2016 Infiniti Q50, which shares most of the Q60’s components. A 360-horsepower hybrid powertrain option combining a 3.5L V6 and a compact, laminated lithium-ion battery can be specified, as well.
