For the past few months, one compact SUV in particular has been a dominant sales performer in the provinces where provincial government incentives are in effect, namely Quebec and British Columbia. The RAV4 Prime is very popular among motorists particularly because, one, it offers 302 hp, but also, two, because it can run in electric mode for 68 km.
The Prius Prime is not to be underestimated either, with its 40 km range and very low fuel consumption.
Possible range (in electric mode): 40 (Prius Prime) and 68 km (RAV4 Prime).
