BMW
The Bavarian automaker is also preparing to expand its all-electric offerings, currently still restricted to the i3 city car. Just last week BMW officially presented two major new EVs that it hopes will seduce brand lovers everywhere. The iX SUV is finally giving regular customers who want to go electric a more practical family option, while the i4 sedan is also coming to the company's lineup before the end of the year.
Both the i4 sedan-coupe and the iX SUV are capable of going 483 km between charges, as estimated by the American EPA. Those numbers may vary slightly when the rubber hits the road, of course.
