We don't come across its sole plug-in offering very often out in the real world, but Subaru continues to offer the Crosstrek PHEV to its customers. Indeed, the Crosstrek PHEV sits atop the urban SUV’s trim hierarchy, and it comes with the same impressive off-road capabilities as the versions below it in the lineup. The trouble is, its purely electric range isn't very high, and it's priced almost $10,000 higher than the best-equipped trim without the electrified powertrain. And that probably explains why we don’t come across it.
