The latest makeover of GM's trio has only confirmed the supremacy of the brand's large SUVs. Comfort is improved, as is the choice of available engines. As for the Tahoe's overall capabilities, let's just say they're very surprising.

Best Luxury Large SUV: Lincoln Navigator L

The Cadillac Escalade would just as well have deserved the nod in this category, but it’s possible the contributors who produced this list preferred the luxury of the Lincoln model, especially in this longer L version.

The new all-electric five-door sedan from BMW is actually, almost discreet on the road, though the big curved screen inside is anything but.

Best Electric Crossover: Hyundai Ioniq 5
An added advantage of the Ioniq 5 EV’s quirky design is that it provides a very roomy interior, so a family of four giants would find this a perfectly acceptable daily car. That surely counts as one of the reasons this has been a bit of sensation in North America since its debut.
