As you know, the all-new Chevy Bolt EV made its debut earlier this year at CES in Las Vegas. Despite the car hitting the market in 2017 only, one Quebec dealer already has 33 pre-orders for the small electric hatchback.

Bourgeois Chevrolet, located in Rawdon, is no stranger to EV enthusiasts. It received the very first 2016 Chevy Volt delivery anywhere in North America, and customers from as far away as British Columbia make the trip to buy an electrified automobile.

According to Inside EVs, Bourgeois Chevrolet sold a record 287 electrified vehicles in 2015, including 192 new and 95 used. For the year, Bourgeois sold 704 vehicles in 2015, which means that over 40% of sales were plug-in hybrids and EVs. This is quite impressive considering Rawdon is approximately 80 kilometres away from Montreal.

Additionally, Bourgeois claims to have 43 pre-sold copies of the 2017 Volt, which entered production last week. The sales team at this Chevy dealer must be commended for converting so many car buyers to plug-in hybrids and EVs.
