Toyota apologizes but refuses to take the blame
While appearing before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities, Toyota Canada executives took the opportunity to publicly apologize to Canadians for the current recall situation as well as the potential risks associated with their faulty accelerator pedals.
