Though Lesley had chosen the Toyota FJ Cruiser as her first choice, she had considered the Acura RDX Technology Package as a close second. Her colleagues chose the Acura as the winner in the Best New SUV / CUV $35,000 - $60,000 category.

What is next for the category winners? AJAC journalists that participated in the Test Fest event, as we did, will now assess the segment champions before the end of January and will again cast votes to choose both the Car and Truck of the year.
