Young Frenchman Simon Pagenaud will remain with de Ferran Motorsports for the 2009 season of the American Le Mans Series and will drive along team owner and driver Gil de Ferran.
Next year, de Ferran's team, along with Highcroft Racing will be the main players in Acura's move into the LMP1 class.
Pagenaud moved to the ALMS after being left on the sidelines when the Champ Car World Series was merged into the rival IndyCar Series at the start of this year.
