CEO and President Scott Atherton revealed a first draft of the 2012 ALMS schedule during a meeting held at Petit Le Mans.
He also announced that the agreement between ALMS and the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, promotor of the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup (ILMC) would been extend for 2012 and beyond.
The deal insures a parity in the two championships' regulations, to enable competitors to participate in both series.
Atherton also took the occasion to confirm the growth of the TV coverage, to better suit the needs of a growing fan base.
