Jean-Philippe Dayraut (Mini Countryman) dominated qualifying of the second round of the Andros Trophy ice racing series in Andorra.
Alain Prost set the best performance in the first qualifying heat ahead of Jean-Philippe Dayraut and Franck Lagorce (Skoda Fabia).
But the former four-time F1 champion suffered mechanical issues duringthe second heat, which put Jean-Philippe Dayraut in first position overall in the qualifying rounds, ahead of Prost, and Franck Lagorce’s Skoda Fabia.
Meanwhile, Jacques Villeneuve (Skoda Fabia) took 11th and 8th positions in both qualifying heats, which put him in 9th position overall.
He will start from 5th position in the first super final.
