BMW Canada Inc. has donated $5000 to the Grand River Hospital Foundation in Kitchener, Ontario as part of the B-K Donor Progam an initiative of BMW's local retail facility, B-K Motors.
The B-K Donor Program is entirely funded by B-K Motors and counts on the generosity of local and regional businesses and individuals who are able and willing to improve the treatment, care and quality of life of a patient afflicted with cancer. In recognition of a contribution to the Cancer Centre, B-K Motors will present a limited edition Giclee print designed by Canadian painter Terry Black to the donor. B-K Motors commissioned the limited edition prints and posters from Mr. Black specifically for this fun raising campaign.
"B-K Motors has been conducting business in this region for over 25 years," explains A.J. Mueller, General Manager of B-K Motors. "The initiative to start this program expresses our strong desire to give something back to the community."
