A new survey by Bridgestone/Firestone Canada, conducted by Maritz: Thompson Lightstone, tries to answer the age-old question why do Canadian drivers slow down at the first sign of snow? According to at least 25 per cent of Canadian drivers, it is because they worry that other drivers are simply not prepared for winter driving.
