With Wednesday's deal, all of the Big Three have now reached a new agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW).
Similar to GM and Ford, Chrysler will give members a $3,000 bonus after ratification and cost of living lump sum payments of $2,000 in December of each of 2013, 2014, and 2015. New hires will start at $20.40 (equal to 60% of the current base rate) and grow in to full compensation after 10 years.
CAW members at Ford have already voted 82% in favour of their agreement, while those who work at General Motors will finish voting tonight at ratification meetings.
Chrysler workers are scheduled to vote this weekend.
