Impala SS returns to racetrack, aligns sales success with racing success
It's been around nearly 50 years, successful with both the consumer and American racing circuits alike. But after decades of absence, the new Impala SS is ready to take on the track one again. The famous namesake will compete in NASCAR's Nextel Cup Series (NNCS) at selected races in 2007. Their "Car of Tomorrow" entry will share its schedule with the current Monte Carlo SS.
