Chrysler LLC is looking to take to the internet to talk to their customers, one on one. The automaker is working with customer-collaboration experts Passenger to launch an industry first- a Customer Advisory Board. Applications will be accepted by those over 18 years of age at the Board website before they're introduced to the company and the website's feedback process.

The goal for the Customer Advisory Board, which is facilitated by the website 'www.ChryslerListens.com', is to establish an ongoing two-way dialogue with customers to gain insights on product features and technologies. The new Board will allow Chrysler to learn from its customers, while empowering customers to make suggestions and share feedback on the company's efforts.

"Through our online Customer Advisory Board, we have a new platform to engage our customers in two-way dialogue so we can harness their insights and vehicle dreams as we move quickly to develop and refine technologies and products," said Deborah Meyer, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Chrysler LLC. "Chrysler designers and engineers have always had a pulse on the market to deliver segment-leading products, but the launch of the Customer Advisory Board gives us a new way to connect with our customers to be even more responsive and innovative."
