Team Pescarolo is not amongst the entrants for the 6 Hours of Silverstone, the upcoming round of the World Endurance Championship. The team will also probably miss the rest of the season.
After the end of the partnership with Luxury Racing (which was supposed to pay for the development of the new Pescarolo 03), and the double retirement of the team at the recent 24 Hours of Le Mans (the Pescarolo and the Dome were both forced into retirement), Roald Goeth, Henri Pescarolo’s main sponsor, decided to withdraw his backing.
Team Pescarolo was classified fourth in the LMP1 trophy prior to Silverstone.
Emmanuel Collard and Jean-Christophe Bouillon were the drivers of the Pescarolo 03 (Julien Jousse was fired, and replaced by Stuart Hall for Le Mans). Sebastien Bourdais, Nicolas Minassian and Seiji Ara drove the Dome S102.5 at Le Mans.
