The Mach 1 is indeed a potent combination - all the retro panache of one of the most revered nameplates of the muscle-car era, and performance to back up the looks. As usual with "special editions" like this, though, Ford is keeping the quantities available in Canada to the several-hundred range, out of a total of 6,500 to be built in the 2003 model year. Winter may not be the greatest time to be thinking of buying a car like this, but if you wait until spring, they may be all gone.
And if you are a true Mustang fan, that would be too bad.
