1975 Chevrolet Cosworth Vega
A few years ago, Chevrolet Vegas were barely seen on the collectors’ market. Now, as interest in them has grown, they're appearing in large numbers. This is especially the case for the Cosworth version, sold by Chevrolet in 1975 and 1976. The 16-valve, 4-cylinder engine offered a welcome boost of power in 1975, a period when the power of new cars was stifled by new emission standards. Only 2,061 Cosworth Vega were assembled in 1975 and it cost $5,916 to purchase one.
The model on sale here was purchased new by the current owner and only 23,000 miles were showing on the odometer.
Asking price: $4,200
