The sporty little Honda CR-Z hybrid will be dropped at the end of 2016 due to extremely low sales, the company announced.
The 2015 calendar year was especially unkind to the CR-Z, with Canadian sales down 45% to just 55 units compared to 100 the year prior, and 517 during its first full year of sales in 2011.
For 2017, Honda will keep selling the Accord Hybrid (albeit in a fresh new version) and add the Honda Clarity fuel cell sedan.
