Honda plans to sell semi-autonomous car within about 5 years, the company announced yesterday. However, as The Detroit Bureau reports, Honda gave no indications about performance. We don’t even know how far into the development process this car is right now.
Of course, competition will be fierce, with more and more automakers working on either semi-autonomous or fully autonomous vehicles. The list already includes Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, GM, Volvo, Audi, and Nissan. Let’s not forget technology companies like Google and Apple.
