The team Audi ran three prototypes at Sebring circuit in order to prepare the Sebring 12 Hours in March, and the Le Mans 24 Hours in June.
Two new LMP1 prototypes R18 « Coupé » took part to the test program. The first one was used for an endurance test with long runs, while the second one was used for development work.

A third prototype, an « old » R15+ open prototype also completed a long run in order to work on the set-up for Sebring 12 Hours, where it will be ran in March. All nine factory drivers shared the test tasks.

The new R18 Audi prototypes will make their debuts in May, during the Spa 1000 km.
