IRL: Castroneves still shocked by his penalty
Helio Castroneves was leading the race at Belle Isle and he still had 20 laps to go before winning his second event of the season but, out of nowhere, according to the Brazilian, he was handed out a penalty that ultimately gave the win to Justin Wilson.
